LYNDEN, Wash. — A local company and Whatcom County food banks are teaming up to make sure families in need can get a good meal for the upcoming holidays.
Snapper Shuler Kenner Insurance’s 7th Annual Turkey Drive is going on through December 14 and they plan to match contributions for the first 100 turkeys.
Donations of $15 can cover a turkey for a local family which will be distributed by the Bellingham Food Bank and Lynden-based Project Hope Food Bank.
