BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Results of the state primary are certified, the manual recounts required for two races are complete and the Supreme Court ruled on two court challenges — meaning the November ballot is set.
Democrat Representative for the 2nd Congressional District Rick Larsen will face Libertarian challenger Brian Luke.
Also on the ballot for local voters are I-1639 and I-940, which address gun laws and prosecution of law enforcement, respectively.
If you aren’t registered to vote, you have until October 8 if you want to participate in this election.
