OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) – State lawmakers are closing out their third week of the special session.
So far, they have little to show for it.
There have been some House and Senate floor votes to pass bills, and a few committee hearings.
But, for the most part, the Capitol is empty except for budget negotiators and the handful of other legislators who are part of an education funding task force.
