BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A Bellingham company has been honored for its commitment to hiring persons with disabilities.
This is the twenty-sixth year the Governor’s Committee on Disability Issues and Employment has recognized employers for extraordinary efforts in recruiting, hiring, and retaining disabled employees.
One of this year’s honorees was Kulshan Brewing of Bellingham.
Other recipients included a Seattle Fred Meyer, the City of Bellevue, and Cascade Public Media, among others.
