OLYMPIA, Wash. – A former Mount Vernon E.M.T. has had his credential suspended for 10 years.
Last week, amended charges were filed against 41- year old Beau James France by the Emergency Medical Services and Trauma System, stemming from a January conviction for possessing child porn.
Now, the regulator says it has reached an agreement with France that suspends his credential for at least 10 years.
France resigned from the Mount Vernon Fire Department last July.
