BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A Whatcom County mental health counselor has lost her license for a second time.
The State Department of Health suspended the license of Carol Ann Plesha of Bellingham in June.
Plesha’s mental health counselor credential was suspended in 2010 after she didn’t comply with a substance abuse monitoring program.
In December 2015 it was reinstated.
The Department says this year. Plesha voluntarily withdrew from a substance abuse monitoring program violating terms and conditions of her agreed order, so her credential was suspended again.
