FRIDAY HARBOR, Wash. — A San Juan County nursing assistant was suspended following charges that he murdered his wife in April.
Eric Kulp, formerly Eric Tubbs, was arrested following a short standoff in Marblemount, a week after the body of his wife, Abigail Finney, was found on their Shaw Island property.
The Islands’ Sounder reports Kulp pled not guilty to charges of unlawful imprisonment and murder on May 31st.
A trial is set for September.
