MOUNT VERNON, Wash. — A Skagit County business owner has been threatened with a cease and desist order from the state department of health.
The department says Kaley Coughlin operated and advertised a business called Kaley’s Canine Dental Cleaning without a veterinary license.
Coughlin allegedly didn’t respond to a Department of Health investigator’s inquiry in September.
A web site for the business is still live Thursday morning and advertising anesthesia-free cleanings for $150.
