LACEY, Wash. — An eighth mutilated cat has been found in Thurston County.
KOMO reports the kitten was found in a park in Lacey.
Residents are worried that there’s a serial cat killer at work as mutilated cats have also been found in West Olympia and Tumwater in recent months.
There is concern that this could escalate to other animals or to people.
