SUDDEN VALLEY, Wash. – The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office reports a Sudden Valley woman shot her two young daughters to death and then took her own life.
Deputies responded after a roommate reported finding his landlord and her children dead in their home on Sunflower Circle on Saturday morning.
Investigators determined that 55-year-old Michele Boudreau Deegan shot her twin 7-year-old daughters while they were sleeping sometime Friday night and then killed herself.
A custody dispute appears to be a motive.
The sheriff’s office isn’t releasing anymore information at this time.
