Sudden Valley’s Revitalization Plan went down to defeat on Saturday, July 8th.
Unofficial results show the plan lost 51-49 percent.
It needed a 60 percent super majority to pass.
The Revitalization would have increased Sudden Valley residents’ dues by 36-dollars per month, with the money going toward improvements to roads, the marina, swimming pool and other infrastructure.
