BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A Bellingham crash that sent a motorcyclist to the hospital was caused by an SUV driver, according to Bellingham Police.
Investigators say the driver illegally pulled out in front of the bike on Roeder Avenue on Thursday.
Police gave the driver, Joshua Lannan, a citation.
Robert Barnes was on the motorcycle – he remains in serious condition at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
Both men are Bellingham residents.
