BELLINGHAM, Wash. — After a fire destroyed the Tacos El Tule food truck about three weeks ago, the community has helped get them back in business.
They were up and running last week in a temporary replacement truck, but have a reduced menu.
Starting Monday, Tacos El Tule is open from 11 AM – 4 PM Monday through Friday near the corner of Meridian Street and West Orchard Drive.
On August 16th, an arsonist set fire to the food truck, and the owners are still working with insurance to figure out next steps.
Owner Jose Robles thanks the community for their support and Mi Rancho Meat Market for loaning them a truck to use.
