SKAGIT COUNTY, Wash. – A 16-year-old girl was killed and several others were injured following a crash in Skagit County.

The Washington State Patrol said in a statement that the teen, identified as Kerriah Marlenapaul of Sedro-Woolley, drove through a stop sign on Young Road Friday night, February 18th, around 10 pm.

Her car hit a second vehicle at the intersection of Best Road.

Marlenapaul was pronounced dead at the scene.

Three passengers in her vehicle were injured, including a 9-year-old child who was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center.

The driver of the second vehicle was not hurt.
