OAK HARBOR, Wash. – Oak Harbor police shot a man after someone called 911 to report an armed man holding a woman down.
The Seattle Times reports a bullet hit the man on the arm.
He was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
The shooting by officers is the third in the Puget Sound area since Saturday.
The other two — near Lacey and off Bainbridge Island — were deadly.
