SEDRO-WOOLLEY, Wash. — A 27-year-old Sedro-Woolley woman is dead after a three car crash Thursday afternoon in Sedro-Woolley.

The State Patrol says Scott J. Osburn of Sedro-Woolley was speeding eastbound on Warner Street, running multiple stop signs, when he collided with another car going north on Township Street.

The people in that car weren’t hurt, but Osburn’s car rolled and the 27-year-old passenger was ejected.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Osburn’s car hit a parked vehicle and came to rest on its top, injuring him and sending his other passenger to the hospital.

Troopers believe drugs or alcohol were involved.
