GOOSEBERRY POINT, Wash. – Whatcom County officials are issuing a warning after several vehicles were vandalized.
In a statement, the Department of Public Works says that three cars parked at Gooseberry Point had their catalytic converters stolen since dry dock began September 10th.
People are parking for longer periods there while riding the passenger-only ferry while the Whatcom Chief is in dry dock.
No arrests have been made in connection with the thefts.
