BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Three people were arrested early on Wednesday, March 30th, after robbing a Bellingham convenience store.

Police records state that two people entered the 7-11 store at Alabama and Yew Streets around 3:30am.

Investigators say that one of the suspects had a loaded handgun.

A third is suspected of being the getaway driver.

18-year-olds Jabez Singleton and Alexander Hughes were taken into custody, along with 31-year-old Joshua Whitney.

All three remain behind bars at the Whatcom County Jail.
