BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Drivers can expect delays Thursday evening, early Friday morning and on Sunday as crews work on various projects.
One lane of Bakerview will be closed in both directions from 8pm to 7am Thursday while crews install temporary equipment to support moving traffic through the intersections efficiently during construction.

On Sunday (June 13) traffic on southbound 1-5 near exit 250 to Old Fairhaven Parkway will shift to a temporary two-lane bypass and the speed limit will be 40 miles per hour.
The bypass should be in place until mid-July while crews work on the Padden Creek fish passage project.
