BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Property taxes are due at the end of this month.
To avoid interest and penalties, payments must be paid or postmarked by October 31.
Whatcom County Treasurer Steve Oliver says the postal service ships county mail to Seattle for processing, so don’t wait until the due date to mail your payment.
