BELLINGHAM, Wash.- The sightings of men masturbating in public continue around Western Washington University.
The latest one was Tuesday night in the 1-thousand block of Garden Street just before ten.
Two Western Students said they saw the man outside a window of a home.
Bellingham Police Lieutenant Mike Johnston said they worry this could turn into something else.
On Monday, there was a similar sighting in the same general area.
They’re two of many recent reports of men masturbating in public in Bellingham.
