FERNDALE, Wash. — After a months-long drug investigation, a Ferndale woman was arrested Wednesday at a home in the 5600 block of First Avenue, across from Central Elementary.
City Communications Officer Riley Sweeney says Ferndale Police worked with the Whatcom County Gang and Drug Task Force and made multiple undercover heroin purchases from Pauline Florindo.
In a search of the home, police found numerous baggies of heroin, scales, drug debt notes, meth and prescription drugs.
Florindo was booked into jail on a high bail because of how close the home was to the school.
