BELLINGHAM, WASH. – A lot of Whatcom County people are heading out to work these days.
The 5.4 percent March unemployment rate is the lowest since October of 2008.
The county added 2,100 jobs in the last year.
Construction and tourism are leading the way, but all sectors are either up or unchanged from a year ago.
