BELLINGHAM, Wash. – The man who Whatcom County Sheriff’s Deputies said shot two people at a Yew Street Road home turned himself in.
Undersheriff Jeff Parks says Alex Frost showed up at the Sheriff’s Office Monday morning.
Investigators say Frost shot a man in the stomach and a woman in the wrist last Monday.
Parks said Frost may also have been responsible for a drive-by shooting in Bellingham the same day.
