SEDRO-WOOLLEY, Wash. — One man is dead and three others are injured after a fiery crash on Minkler Road east of Sedro-Woolley Monday night.
The State Patrol says 20-year-old Kevin Solorzano Hill of Arlington was driving under the influence and speeding just after 7:30 P.M. when he hit a GMC Sierra pickup in the opposite lane as it was turning, causing it to roll.
Hill’s car became fully engulfed in flames, killing one of his two passengers, Jonathan J. Harju of Camano Island.
The pickup driver and Hill’s other passenger were taken to the hospital, while Hill was arrested on vehicular homicide charges, with charges pending.

The State Patrol is looking for witnesses to a fatal car accident reported on Tuesday.
Trooper Heather Axtman says they’re looking at all aspects of the fiery crash Monday night in which a car hit a GMC Sierra pickup, causing the car to become engulfed in flames and rolling the truck.
Detectives are hoping additional witnesses who may have information surrounding the collision on Minkler Road in Sedro-Woolley will come forward.
