OLYMPIA, Wash. — Bowling alleys, museums, and motor sport facilities in Whatcom County may reopen soon.
Governor Jay Inslee announced updated Safe Start guidelines to allow museums in Phase 2 counties, like Whatcom County, to operate at 25% capacity.
Bowling alleys will only be open for league play and U-pick farms are permitted to continue operations as long as they have safety protocols in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Inslee also updated guidance for outdoor activities, like go-kart tracks, zoos and aquariums.
Changes go into effect August 24.
