The Vancouver Canucks have re-signed forward Brendan Gaunce. According to canucks.com the 23-year-old signed a two-year, one-way contract worth an annual average value of $750,000. General Manager Jim Benning announced the move last week.

Gaunce played in 57 games played with Vancouver in 2016-17.  In two NHL seasons he has tallied 1 goal and 5 assists in 77 games.  Vancouver selected the Ontario native with the 26th overall pick in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft.
