BELLINGHAM, Wash. — With the Primary election just six days away, the Whatcom County Auditor’s Office reminds voters to vote and return their ballots by Tuesday, August 3rd.

If you have not received your ballot, the Auditor advises to contact them immediately at (360) 778-5102.

Citizens who need to complete or update their registration can still do so  in person at the Whatcom County Courthouse.

When returning a ballot by mail, voters are not required to place a stamp on the envelope, but the ballot must be postmarked no later than August 3rd.

Voters may also opt to turn in their ballots at any of the 19 official elections drop boxes before 8 p.m. on election day.

Individuals who want to confirm that the Auditor’s Office has received their ballot can visit the VoteWA website to view their ballot status.

Voters with challenged ballots will be contacted by the Whatcom County Auditor’s Office to cure the ballot.
