BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Police are investigating a case of voyeurism in the Columbia Street Neighborhood.
A neighbor in the 2600 block of Peabody Street says a man used a phone to take pictures outside a bathroom window on Tuesday.
Police say it’s unclear if this is related to a string of recent ‘Peeping Tom’ reports around Western Washington University.
A Bellingham Police spokesperson says there’s quite a bit of distance between the two areas.
