A man wanted on a slew of warrants out of Georgia, including aggravated assault and false imprisonment, was caught over the weekend trying to cross into Canada through Blaine.
The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office said U-S Customs arrested Kennis Ray Bonds and booked him as a fugitive.
Bonds was found driving a semi-truck at the commercial truck port early Saturday morning.
Undersheriff Jeff Parks says they don’t have any details on the man’s case in Georgia.
