BLAINE, Wash. – Border guards nabbed a pair of wanted men at the Peace Arch crossing in Blaine.
70-year-old Roy Sinclair of Montana and 48-year-old Elmer Cross of Denver both had warrants out for their arrest.
Sinclair was wanted in Montana for assault with a weapon charges. The Washington State Department of Corrections was looking for Cross, who had warrants for escape from community custody and assault.
They were initially taken to the Whatcom County Jail pending extradition. They are no longer there.
