OLYMPIA, Wash. — As you’re heading out the door to run errands, don’t forget to grab your mask.
The order requiring customers in Washington businesses to wear facial coverings goes into effect Tuesday.
If residents don’t wear a facial covering inside businesses such as grocery stores and restaurants, they will be asked to leave.
Business owners who fail to refuse service to customers who don’t wear masks can face fines or lose their business license, but some business owners have raised concerns about turning away customers.
