RICHLAND, Wash. (AP) – A Richland florist is asking the US Supreme Court to reverse a decision by the state’s high court.
The State Supreme court concluded that Barronelle Stutzman broke the state’s anti-discrimination law by refusing to provide flowers for a same-sex wedding.
Her Lawyers contend that decision violates the First Amendment.
