OLYMPIA, Wash. – The State of Washington is now offering cash prizes, education benefits and free entertainment to incentivize Covid-19 vaccinations.
Governor Inslee encourages everyone to get vaccinated and says there will be five weekly drawings open to everyone in the State Department of Health’s vaccine database.
The first four drawings will be for $250,000 prizes and the fifth will be a $1 million jackpot.
The incentives also include college tuition assistance, gaming systems and free tickets to local events including tickets to Mariners and Storm games and concerts at the new Seattle Kraken arena.
Inslee says every Washington State resident who’s been vaccinated in the state at any point during the pandemic is eligible for the prizes.
