OLYMPIA, WASH – (AP) – Washington and three other states are suing the Trump administration over one of the president’s executive orders.

They take issue with the decision to restart the sale of coal leases on federal lands.

The attorneys general of California, New Mexico, and New York are joining Washington’s AG, Bob Ferguson, in the suit.

They say the president signed the executive order without reviewing the impacts to the environment or to taxpayers.
