BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Washington voters are set to weigh in on dozens of races and ballot measures in the primary election.
In Whatcom County, voters are weighing-in on county and city council races, port and water district commission contests, a school board seat, and a tax increase for fire services.
Ballots must be postmarked or put in a dropbox by August 1 at 8:00 p.m.
