BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Bellingham Police cited a man for emptying an RV’s waste tank onto a city street.
Lieutenant Don Almer says officers responded to a complaint Tuesday afternoon that a man was emptying human waste onto the street in the 2400 block of Superior Street.
They reported fecal waste was clearly seen draining from the vehicle.
Officers cited Cory Budde of Bellingham and Public Works crews assessed how to clean up the mess.
