BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A water main break near Barkley Village means no water for businesses, restaurants and residents along Newmarket Street.
Everything between Barkley Boulevard and Woburn Street, except for Haggen, is without water.
The City of Bellingham expects to have the work wrapped up by 4 p.m.
Crews are repairing an iron pipe installed in 1995.
