BELLLINGHAM, Wash. — A water main broke Wednesday, sending water onto an already icy and frozen street in Bellingham.
City of Bellingham Public Works’ staff successfully excavated and repaired the break on Racine Street.
A spokesperson for the department said crews were working to remove the ice created by the break.
