BELLINGHAM, Wash. — For the first time, Whatcom Community College is offering on-campus student housing.
Cedar Hall is set to open this upcoming fall quarter.
The college says the complex, which will house 233 residents, is set up like an apartment building with studios and 1,2 or 4-bedroom units available.
Units come fully furnished with amenities like laundry rooms, community spaces, study rooms and more on-site.
Rents range from $950 – $1,400 a month.
WCC hopes the housing complex will help it expand its international program.
