OLYMPIA, Wash. – Governor Jay Inslee will join Oregon Governor Kate Brown and California Governor Jerry Brown in attending the next United Nations Climate Change Conference.
Jerry Brown will serve as special envoy to the states during the conference.
All three states are part of a state compact to uphold the emissions reductions targets in the Paris climate agreement, which Trump plans to withdraw from.
