BELLINGHAM – Two women at Western Washington University’s Ridgeway Kappa residence hall say they saw a man in a woman’s restroom.
University Police are investigating the early Sunday incident.
One of the women said she spotted someone crouching in the shower.
The water was off, so she opened the curtain, saw the man and ran.
The other student saw the man leave the restroom.
Police say they don’t know if it’s connected to the recent rash of lewd conduct around Western.
