BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Western Washington University students return to classes Wednesday, and get to attend a big party.
A procession of students will leave Western’s Red Square at 5:45 Wednesday afternoon and head to the Depot Market Square for the “Paint Bellingham Blue” festival.
The festival includes live music, food trucks, vendor booths and a beer garden.
