BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Starting Wednesday, you can once again have campfires in Whatcom County.
However, you still won’t be able have land clearing or yard debris fires.
Recreational fires need to be less than 3 feet in diameter.
The Whatcom County Fire Marshal’s office is asking you to use extreme caution, warning that things will dry out quickly if the weather warms up again.
