IDAHO CITY, Idaho (KOMO) – A good showing for some Whatcom County breweries at this year’s North American Beer Awards.
Chuckanut, Wander and Boundary Bay Breweries won medals.
Chuckanut won 6 awards, including three gold medals.
Boundary Bay also got a gold.
Wander came home with a bronze and a silver.
Melvin Brewing, which just opened a brewery in the Fountain District, also won gold medals, but the beer wasn’t brewed in Bellingham.
