SEATTLE, Wash. – A Border Patrol agent stationed in Sumas faces charges for sending nude pictures and having sexual conversations with a 14 year old girl and other minors.
The Seattle Times reports that a complaint filed in federal court says the wife of Mikah Mardo found disturbing messages on his phone and told a friend who went to authorities.
If convicted of the charges, Mardo could face 10 years to life in prison.
