BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Boy Scouts of Whatcom County will be out and about this Saturday to help you get rid of your Christmas tree.
Scouts will pick up trees in Bellingham, Ferndale, Blaine and Lynden as part of their Annual Christmas Tree Recycling Community Service Project.
Trees need to be placed at the curb by 8:00 am Saturday and cleared of all decorations.
Sudden Valley residents can bring their trees to the drop-off spot on Lake Whatcom Boulevard from 8:00 am to noon Saturday, and residents north of Bellingham or in Birch Bay can callĀ 360-255-9194 before 9:00 am to ask for a pick-up.
