MARYSVILLE, Wash. — A Whatcom County driver was arrested for DUI three times in four days.
The Washington State Patrol reports troopers saw a vehicle on I-5 in Ferndale swerving in and out of lanes.
The Trooper stopped the vehicle, investigated and arrested the 21-year-old Ferndale man for Driving Under the Influence.
He was then released to the hospital due to medical issues.
The same driver was arrested in Mount Vernon March 9 and again on March 11 — both for DUI.
