BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A Whatcom County man as been arrested on suspicion of sexually molesting a 5-year-old girl.
Police were contacted after the girl reported being touched inappropriately by 59-year-old Vance Anthony Martinez.
A forensic child interview supported the child’s statements and police arrested Martinez on Wednesday.
Martinez was booked on suspicion of first-degree child molestation and is being held on $20,000 bail.
