OLYMPIA, Wash. — A Whatcom County LPN has lost her credential to practice.
The state health department charged nurse Kelly Sharp Carey with unprofessional conduct in August.
This is not her first suspension.
The department says Carey’s Arizona nurse license was revoked in 2019 and her Oregon nurse license was revoked in 2020.
Oregon arrest records online show 2018 charges for probation violations, reckless driving, and criminal mischief in that state.
